Important information	*At the time of booking it is asked to choose the area of your table: main deck or prow/stern (detailed information on "DESCRIPTION")* GENERAL REGULATIONS The event will take place even with adverse weather condition as the Galleon is equipped with a covering structure and has heating during winter whereas during summer it is covered in case of rain. The boat is accessible to people with disabilities. The embarkation time must be observed as the event is itinerant and it will not be possible to embark after that time. Please be punctual in order to avoid any misunderstandings or problems for the management and so as not to affect the success of the event. The program of the event may vary depending on environmental conditions, technical factors or other factors, at the unchallengeable judgement of the Captain. All passengers aboard the Galleon are covered by third party civil liability insurance, under current law. Upon request, it is possible to arrange for boarding/disembarking from Punta Sabbioni. Special dietary needs and food allergies must be notified at least 48 hours in before the dinner cruise. Children menu is always served for children bookings (reduced rate from 1 to 12 years old). WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS Dinner is guaranteed when there are at least 8 participants. Free cancellation or possibility to change date up to 72 hours before the event. No money will be refunded for cancellations in the 72 hours before the event. Non-participation in the event due to the late arrival of a client will not result in money being refunded. In case of cancellation of the event by the company due to technical reasons like breakdowns, or the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management (with the exclusion of client’s reasons), the company will offer the opportunity to book in the future or will refund the money. If it will not be possible to leave the dock to start the sailing or to continue the sailing, after the boarding of the guests and/or after the beginning of the event/dinner, due to technical reasons like breakdowns, the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management, no money will be refunded. GIFT VOUCHER In case of "Gift voucher" purchase, the voucher is not refundable. In order to use the "Gift voucher" it is necessary to previously redeem it by choosing an available date. Being at the embakation point without the redeemed voucher do not allow guests to take part in the dinner. The "Gift voucher" can not be used for a date non available at the time of purchase. "Gift voucher" validity: 1 year from the purchase day.

There are two options:

sitting on the main deck, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lagoon while sailing;
sitting on the prow/stern area: the prow is the most private area of the boat, with only two small portholes at the top and with no view on the outside; the stern area is connected to the kitchen/bar and has small windows for a partial view on the outside. In the prow/stern area tables are set up for 4 seats, so couples could be aggregated according to availability (the tables are still big enough to allow each couple their own privacy).

This was one of our best moment in Venice.
I managed this venue to be a surprise for my beloved. She loved it.
The food is excellent, and there is plenty. The staff is very nice.
Would I come back to Venice, I may book it again.
Expensive but worth the imemorable memories

Il cibo molto buono, l'atmosfera molto piacevole e ricercata.
Nota negativa la lentezza al momento dell'imbarco. In una serata ventosa e fredda la signora dell'accoglienza ha fatto tutto con tempi che non tenevano in considerazione il disagio dovuto dal meteo. Siamo stati lasciati fuori al freddo. Inoltre viene chiesto di presentarsi all'imbarco 10 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito ma è possibile iniziare ad entrare all'orario esatto (anzi alcuni minuti dopo) con il risultato che si somma l'attesa.

Cosa dire? Una delle migliori cene e la migliore cena di compleanno della mia vita...Location di partenza facilissima da trovare...Il galeone tanto favoloso ed elegante quanto unico nel suo genere e divertente...Musica sempre perfetta, sia come playlist delle sonorità che come livello del volume, mai anche lontanamente fastidioso, sempre correttamente di sfondo, di accompagnamento ma tale da poter ballare se mai uno volesse ( e ci dovesse riuscire sfidando il dondolio )...Menu più soddisfacente che mai, sempre con due piatti diversi serviti per ogni portata, a partire dagli antipasti stessi, forse alla fine anche davvero troppo generoso in quantità ( i miei complimenti a chi sia mai riuscito a mangiare tutto )...Qualità elevatissima del cibo ( chapeu allo chef! ) e dei vini...Il servizio da ristorante 5 Stelle, con menzione speciale alla simpatia, cordialità, prontezza e professionalità di tutti i camerieri ( senza nulla togliere agli altri, Davide in primis )...La torta di compleanno per le mie amiche delicatissima e fatta davvero bene ( e lo scrive e l'ha mangiata uno che detesta ed evita i dolci/dolciumi con integralismo e fervore stile fazioni di fan di Star Trek e di Star Wars )...La durata della crociera della "misura" giusta, quasi tre ore, con vista di Murano, Burano, Mazzorbo, Torcello e - dulcis in fundo - Piazza S.Marco, davanti alla quale il galeone si ferma per diversi minuti per permettere agli ospiti di godersela e fotografarla in tutta la sua magia notturna...La crociera, poi, per noi è stata magica all'ennesima potenza perché è stata benedetta dalla "famosa" luna piena azzurrina che per tutto il tempo ha illuminato la notte e brillato di riflesso sull'acqua...Grazie a tutti voi per la magnifica serata che ci avete fatto vivere!!!

Suite aux mouvements sociaux en France nous ne pouvions nous rendre à Venise puisque la compagnie aérienne a annulé le vol. Nous avons réceptionné un WhatsApp de l'organisateur et nous l'avons informé. Sa seule réponse était : dommage une prochaine fois... pour 130 euros c'est un peu fort. Soyez vigilants futur voyageurs et ne vous faites pas avoir !

We are sorry your flight has been canceled and that you could not take part in the dinner, we understand the inconvenience occurred. We apologize if our reply seemed hasty when the crew on board contacted you as you were not at the embarkation point but, at the time of embarkations there are some procedures that has to be done quickly so that all guests can be accompanied to their table without waiting too long outside and so that to avoid delay in the program of the cruise. The persons in charge of the embarkation sent you a message writing that she was sorry for your inconvenience and nothing else just for a matter of time and surely not because of a lack of sensitivity. Our offices, during opening times, are always at disposal for any information or explanation to our guests. We are sorry our cancellation policy written of the booking page seemed so not clear to you, as to bring into question the seriousness of our company, for this reason we would like to provide you with further explanations: As stated in the “important information” on the booking page we refund all tickets cancelled 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, you did not inform us about your impossibility to take part in the dinner, we were informed just when our staff phoned you the staff did not saw you at the embarkation point. All things considered; we are at your disposal to send you any needed documents in the case you decide to ask a refund to the airline or to your travel insurance, if you have one.

We had a wonderful evening.
The staff was very friendly and on top of their job the whole night.
The food was fantastic. We had two fish menus and one meat menu. I wrote a week in advance requesting one of the menus being served without bell pepper and wasn’t disappointed.
We thought the dishes on the menu were at times an “either or” choices, but no. You get everything on the menu. So come hungry.
The portion sizes are not small at all and we were stuffed with good food at the end.
If you book this experience as a sightseeing trip, you might be disappointed since at night you can’t see that much of the lagoon.we didn’t so this isn’t a negative factor for us. the view of the empty lit up piazza San Marco at the end of the evening was amazing.
For those afraid to be cold in the winter months. You don’t have to be, we even had to ask the heating to be turned down a bit. In conclusion this experience is worth the money and I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. If as a romantic present for your partner or as a nice dinner with your loved once (friends, parents etc). Since it is a quiet candle light dinner and pretty late I wouldn't recommend bringing kids.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend. Mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichen und professionellen Personal.
Kommt hungrig, die Portionen sind nicht klein und man bekommt wirklich alles vom Menu. Wir dachten zunächst, dass es bei manchen Gängen eine entweder oder Entscheidung sein würde. Aber nein man bekommt wirklich alle Gerichte die auf dem Menü aufgeführt sind.
Wir hatten zwei Fisch Menüs und ein Fleisch Menü. Auf Nachfrage wurde bei einem Menü auf Paprika verzichtet (eine Woche vor der Fahrt angefragt).
Wer die Fahrt als sightseeing bucht, könnte etwas enttäuscht werden. Da bei Nacht nicht zu viel von der Lagune zu sehen ist (wahrscheinlich auch der energiekrise etwas zu verdanken). Aber dies war für uns kein Faktor.
Auch frieren muss man im Winter nicht, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut auf dem Schiff.
Zusammenfassend ist dieses Dinner sehr zu empfehlen.
Ob als romantisches Dinner mit dem Partner oder als gemeinsames Dinner mit den Liebsten. Ich würde allerdings abraten mit Kindern zu kommen.

The Galleon was cruise was just as I had expected it to be, amazing. The ambience was lovely and the food was great. This is a must if you're in Venice for honeymoon, couples date night, anniversary meal, romantic birthday meal etc! The only thing they need to improve on is, when you're sitting down at the table, you can't actually see any of the scenery outside as the view from the window is above and below eye level. At eye level all you can see is the side of the boat which is a little annoying as the reason you book this 3 hour experience is to see Venice in all its glory but stuck with seeing a piece of the boat. You have to either stand up or put your head down to look through the window. Apart from that the experience is amazing, it would be a lovely surprise gift for your partner, the atmosphere is very romantic with the music playing and dimmed lights. I ordered the fish menu and it was delicious, all the food came out at the right time and was prepared perfectly. The booking includes a bottle of alcohol - I don't drink, the staff were happy to give me coke instead (I refilled my glass once, could have had more if I asked). The best course for me was the dessert, I got a tiramisu and it was the best I ever had!! So delicious!! The staff are very accommodating, and very responsive via emails! I'm from the UK and booked this after reading so many wonderful reviews and it did not disappoint. I have given 4 stars only because I couldn't see outside whilst I'm eating at the table.
