Important information	GENERAL REGULATIONS The event will take place even with adverse weather conditions as the Galleon is equipped with a covering structure and has heating. The boat is accessible to the differently-abled. Dinner is a standing buffet. The departure time must be observed as the event is itinerant and it will not be possible to embark after the scheduled time. Please be punctual in order to avoid any misunderstandings or problems for the management and so as not to affect the success of the event. The program of event may vary depending on environmental conditions, technical factors or other factors, at the unchallengeable judgement of the Captain. All passengers aboard the Galleon are covered by third party civil liability insurance, under current law. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS The event on board is considered confirmed even if the fireworks show would get cancelled by the municipality of Venice (due to the Italian government disposition or other reasons independent of the management will). We will still organise the sailing and the dinner on board, therefore no refund request will be accepted. For cancellations up to 30 days before the dinner, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. No money will be refunded for cancellations in the 30 days before the event. Non-participation in the event due to the late arrival of a client will not result in money being refunded. In case of cancellation of the event by the company due to technical reasons like breakdowns, or the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management (with the exclusion of client’s reasons), the company will offer the opportunity to book in the future or will refund the money. If it will not be possible to leave the dock to start the sailing or to continue the sailing, after the boarding of the guests and/or after the beginning of the event/dinner, due to technical reasons like breakdowns, the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management, no money will be refunded.

I would say it was a bit crowded but we had a great time (live music and the food was beyond expectations)

Dear guest, thank you again for your feedback. We’re delighted you enjoyed the live music and food. Just to reassure you, the boat is fully certified and equipped with safety devices for up to 146 guests, while on New Year’s Eve there were around 70 on board. However, we understand that at boarding, especially near the central buffet area, it can feel a bit busy, and we appreciate your understanding.

I had my reservations heading into this because the weather was so cold outside but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food and drinks never stopped, the staff was incredible, the music was great, and the people on board were easy to get along with. While we were standing in line to board, it felt like the ship would be overbooked but everyone fit comfortably with room to move around and just enough seating as well. We would absolutely do this again!
